To help us do this we strive to make support a priority in all that we do. We know how frustrating it can be to reach out for software support only to have to wait 5 business days for a reply or be redirected to an international call centre that has no previous knowledge of your specific requirements.
That’s not how we do things! We know the vast majority of our customers and their businesses very well - many of which are loyal, returning customers. Our UK based specialist and dedicated support team make it their mission to provide the best customer service possible, whether that’s throughout an initial transaction, or through ongoing product support. We respond quickly even on evenings and weekends, we don’t outsource our support services, and most importantly we know what we’re talking about!
We provide support for all of our products, and our Alibre range is no exception. We offer enhanced annual maintenance packages with all of our Alibre products which provide unlimited support as well as software upgrades throughout the duration of the contract. Our maintenance contracts have proven extremely popular with our customers, but don’t just take our work for it, have a look at what one of our customers had to say:
“When I first bought Alibre Design Professional, which is for hobby use only, I didn't think I would bother with the cost of ongoing maintenance, however I decided to buy a year's maintenance at the first anniversary. In that year I raised just one 'ticket' (crashes when zoom in during move/copy). This was on a Saturday and I received a reply within a couple of hours (on a Saturday!) thanking me for my detailed report and advising a workaround. Excellent customer service. The 2020 upgrade has fixed this bug and brought a whole host of improvements, so having the maintenance was well worthwhile. I have therefore continued it for another year.
