For read-only users, the price is £59 per named user license. The unlimited read-only licence cost is £1985 (e.g., for Web publishing).
You can include named user licences and concurrent user licenses in the same system. Named users can log in to the system at any time. Additionally, other users can log in as long as the number of concurrent user licences purchased for these users is not exceeded.
Example: In an organisation with 30 employees, 10 employees need M-Files regularly and the other 20 only occasionally. The organisation purchases 10 named user licences for the active users and five concurrent user licences for the occasional users. The total cost of the licences is 10 x £297 + 5 x £445 = £5195.
The licence prices include M-Files Upgrades and Support Subscription. The subscription includes all upgrades to M-Files as well as technical support while the subscription is valid. The subscription begins the day the new license is purchased and is in effect for one year from that date. It can be renewed after the first year for 25% of the new license price.
